1) Goods Once Sold Will Not Be Taken Back Unless There Is A Manufacturing Defect.
2) If There Is A Manufacturing Defect, Customer Should Report To Classic Collection (Within 24 Hours) Of Delivery, We Will Replace It With The Same New Product.
3) Manufacturing Defects Include Torn Dresses, Or In-Complete Set Of That Particular Dress. Customer Should Not Be Coming Back And Stating That They Just Don’t Like The Product & Needs A Refund. We Are Sorry, We Won’t Be Able To Initiate A Refund In This Circumstances.
4) No Exchange Or Refund Policy.
5) After 24 Hours We Will Not Consider Such Cases.
6) Cash On Delivery Services Provided Only In Those Areas Where The (Pincode) Of The Address Is Eligible.
7) Customer Need’s To Pay Rs.200/- Online & The Remaining Balance At The Time Of Delivery. (Please Note- If Customer Cancel The Order, He/She, Won’t Get The Refund Of Rs.200/-).
8) Images Of The Product Get’s Captured With High-Resolution Camera’s, So There Might Be A Minor Difference In The Color Of The Actual Product.
9) Delivery Timeframe: Delivery Usually Occurs Within 5 to 7 Working Days; However, Delays May Occur Due To Courier Services. Customers Are Requested To Co-Operate Us In This Matter.
10) If Customer Needs Their Product On Urgent Basis, We Can Arrange For An Express Courier Service, However It Will Cost Customer Rs.300/- Extra And It Will Be A Prepaid Order.
